Certificate page for one cohort, reached from Grade Result's "View Certificate" button (main flow step 3). Shows the certificate document plus a "Download PDF" action. The PDF is regenerated on every download (additional requirement #4), so the displayed content must always match the current Grade/Certificate record.

1. The certificate PDF is regenerated on every download so content is always current (additional requirement #4)
2. A certificate is issued only once per passing enrollment and is not re-issued if one already exists (additional requirement #2 / SS-LMS.02)
3. Open issue OI-179 — whether a Specialization (bundle of courses) gets one combined certificate or one per course is not yet decided; this mockup shows the per-course variant
