Grade summary page for a completed cohort. Shows: course title, cohort name, total score %, computed grade, final grade, pass/fail status, and finalization date. Passed users see a "View Certificate" button. If not yet finalized, see additional requirement #6 (pending-grade notice). If failed, see additional requirement #7 (fail guidance). The user sees only their own grade [SS-LMS.09].

1. Deep link access control: the URL must identify the enrollment/cohort so email links open the right grade result; the system verifies the enrollment belongs to the signed-in user [refs: SS-LMS.09]
2. Grade adjusted indicator: when final_letter ≠ computed_letter, show an indicator that the grade was instructor-adjusted — do not show the reason or pre-adjustment value
3. Pending state navigation (UC-LMS.10 additional requirement #6): when grade_pending_notice is shown, include a "View Category Scores" link to SCR-LMS.30
