Brief description

Learner's learning page — the main entry point for tracking and managing all learning. Displayed in 3 tabs: Learning Dashboard (course list), Assignment (assignment list), Forum (discussion board). UC-LMS.09 starts when the learner clicks the Assignment tab then clicks the "Submit" button.

Additional requirements

Sort course cards by Enrollment.last_activity_at DESC; completed courses appear last.
Specializations display as a group — expandable to see member courses.
Empty state Tab 1: no courses yet — show message + "Browse All Courses" button.
Tab Assignment: overdue assignments → disable "Submit" button + show "Overdue" label; clicking through shows the Course Player in closed mode (no submission form, read-only notice) per UC-LMS.09 additional requirement #6.
Tab Forum: display only courses with has_forum=true; sort by last_activity_at.
Active tab does not persist across sessions — resets to Tab 1 every time.
