The learner's learning hub — a 3-tab page: (1) Learning Dashboard: all enrolled courses sorted by last activity, each expandable to show per-lesson status and scores, with Continue/Start buttons. (2) Assignment: cross-course assignment list, filterable by course/lesson, with Submit buttons for pending work. (3) Forum: list of discussion forums from courses with forum enabled.

1. Sort course cards by Enrollment.last_activity_at DESC; completed courses always after in-progress
2. Specialization shown as expandable group with combined progress + per-member-course progress
3. Empty state (Tab 1): message + Browse Catalog button; Forum empty state: message only
4. Assignment tab: cascading filter (lesson dropdown enabled only when course filter != all); overdue assignments show "Closed" instead of Submit button
5. Forum tab: only show courses where Course.has_forum=true or Cohort.has_forum=true; ordered by last forum activity
6. Active tab resets to Learning Dashboard on every new page load (not persisted)
