Brief description

An informational notice page shown to a TVET Student applicant whose Student ID was not found in the selected institution's roster (UC-IDP.01 AF 6A). The system has already recorded the unmatched claim as a pending InstitutionRegistrationRequest and notified the Program Administrator of the selected institution. The page informs the learner that the review is in progress and that they can proceed with registration and access the platform as unaffiliated while the PA reviews the claim (PA review flow is UC-IDP.25). The learner clicks "Continue" to proceed to OTP verification (resuming UC-IDP.01 at step 6). Note: non-blocking per BUC-01 design change 2026-06-05.

Additional requirements
  1. Status notice text must be reassuring and forward-looking — explain that the claim has been recorded and a review is in progress, and that the learner can continue using the platform in the meantime. Must not use language that implies permanent rejection or that the user has made an error (NFR-07).
  2. Claim details region must display all information the user submitted on the Register page (SCR-IDP.43): institution name, faculty name, major name, student ID, and contact details (email and/or mobile, shown only when non-empty).
  3. Contact info fields must display the placeholder "—" when the institution has no contact information — they must not show a blank or null value without a fallback.
